Returns and refunds

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Returns may only be processed during the pre-order period; any returns requested once pre-orders close may not be fulfilled.

To cancel or change your bundle, please contact us before pre-orders end. You can email us at [email protected] to do so. Please include the name you placed your order under as well as your order number in the email.

In case of damaged or missing products, please contact Undoing via email or social media message within 1 week of receiving the package for replacements or refunds. We may ask for photographs depending on the extent of the requested replacement or refund.
